What is it?
Regional IDX is a service for licensed realtors® in the State of Florida that are members of the REGIONAL MLS. Regional IDX automatically shows your listings on your web site.
With REGIONAL IDX, when listings are input into REGIONAL MLS, they automatically show on your web site within 24 hours.
You no longer have to worry about duplicating your work, incorrectly inputting listing details or spending extra time uploading listings and photos to your web site. The listings show automatically! Including all the photos!
The listings can be any of the following:

Your personal listings are listings for which you are the listing agent.

Your team listings for which you or your teammates are the listing agents. Whether the listings are personally yours or a member of your team, they automatically show just the same.*

Your office listings are listings that are listed across your entire office. Whether you have 5 agents or 50 agents, all the listings across the whole office will automatically show on your web site.*

Your broker listings are listings across your entire brokerage. This includes your personal office, where you hang your license, and includes other offices from your brokerage that are members of the REGIONAL MLS.*

Any pre-defined MLS search that you choose, REGIONAL IDX can be used to display listings. For example, all the listings in a particular community can automatically be shown on your web site whether they are your listings or not.* Or all the listings that are on a particular street. Or all the listings that are waterfront, accept pets and have S-tile roof shingles. You decide!
